钢结构屋面施工工艺改进措施的应用

摘　　要：通过对某科创园EPC项目钢排架结构屋面工艺改进的工程实例,阐述了对屋面板的直立锁边施工工艺、无动力风帽采用自制装配式支架固定工艺和双层采光板采用工厂定型化加工成型利用方管与屋面板配套施工工艺等方面的工艺改进,解决了屋面板采用穿透式螺钉固定工艺而导致屋面板的固定点撕裂和周边渗水的质量通病,将现场的工序改进到工厂集中加工,从而简化了现场的施工工序,提高了施工速度,减少了维修成本,保证了施工质量。Based on the engineering example of the steel frame-bent structure in EPC program some high-tech park,the paper illustrates the crafts improvement in the vertical locking construction craft of the roof panels,the automatic assembly bracket fixing craft in the unpowered hood,the factory molding processing square tube in the double-layer plane skylight,and roof panel matching craft,and solves the common quality diseases of the fixed point tearing and surrounding water leakage on the roof panel caused by the penetrating screw fixed craft on the panel,and transforms the on-the-spot procedure to the factories’centralized processing,so as to simplify the construction procedure,improve the construction speed,lower the construction cost,and ensures the construction quality.
