摘 要:基于钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维的混杂增强效应,制备了单掺钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维以及复掺的混凝土试件,研究了纤维掺量对混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度的影响。研究表明:纤维对混凝土抗压强度的影响不明显,但是可以显著提高混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度;当钢纤维掺量为1.0%、聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.5%时,其劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度和拉压比均达到最大;纤维复掺能够取得比单掺钢纤维或聚丙烯纤维更好的抗拉增强效果;方差分析显示,混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度与纤维掺量具有密切相关性。Based on the hybrid reinforcing effect of steel fibers and polypropylene fibers,this paper prepared concrete specimens with single-doped steel fibers and polypropylene fibers as well as co-doped,and studied the impact of fiber content on the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,and flexural strength of the concrete.The study shows that:fibers have an insignificant impact on the compressive strength of concrete,but can significantly improve the splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete;when the content of steel fibers is 1.0%and polypropylene fibers is 0.5%,their splitting tensile strength,flexural strength,and tension-compression ratio all reach the maximum;co-doping fibers can achieve a better tensile reinforcement effect than single doping with steel fibers or polypropylene fibers alone;variance analysis shows that the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,and flexural strength of concrete are closely related to the fiber content.
