摘 要:以学生宿舍闭式空气源热泵热水系统运行、改造过程中发现的问题为例,通过理论分析、流体仿真模拟,探讨了闭式空气源热泵热水系统卧式贮热水罐在集中负荷状况下实际可利用热水比例偏小问题。在工程实践中,采取卧式贮热水罐串联代替并联、并联辅热等方式,解决了宿舍热水运行问题。同时,通过流体仿真模拟,对该热水系统改造前后卧式贮热水罐实际可利用热水比例的值作比较分析。Taking the problems found in the operation and renovation of the closed air source heat pump hot water system in the dormitory as an example,through theoretical analysis and fluid simulation,this paper discusses the problem that the proportion of actually available hot water in the horizontal hot water storage tank of the closed air source heat pump hot water system is relatively small under the condition of concentrated load.In engineering practice,the horizontal hot water storage tanks are optimized to series connection instead of parallel connection and parallel auxiliary heating,successfully solving the hot water operation problem in the dormitory case.At the same time,paper conducts fluid simulation to compare and analyze the actual available hot water ratio of the horizontal water tank before and after the transformation.
