摘 要:跨河桥梁墩柱桩基因需要防止河水及其漂浮物的冲击磨蚀,需要设置防护层。受作业面、运输条件等现场实际情况限制,部分墩柱桩基保护层难以预制或者现场高温蒸养。对采用现场普通养护方式制备超高性能混凝土制作墩柱防护层的工艺进行了探索,并对现场制备的试验组进行了力学性能测试。试验结果表明,制备的试件力学性能基本满足设计要求,该探索结果可为类似墩柱耐磨层防护施作提供技术参考。Cross-river bridge pier and pile foundations need protection against the erosion caused by river water and floating debris,requiring the installation of a protective layer.Due to practical constraints such as work surface and transportation conditions,it is difficult to precast or steam-cure some protective layers for pier and pile foundations on-site.This paper explores the process of using on-site ordinary curing to prepare ultra-high performance concrete for the production of protective layers for piers and piles,and conducts mechanical performance tests on the on-site prepared specimens.The test results show that the prepared specimens meet the design requirements for mechanical properties.The findings of this study can provide technical references for similar applications of wear-resistant coatings for piers and piles.
