摘  要:为了研究复掺纤维对冷拌环氧SMA-10沥青混合料性能的影响,采用玄武岩纤维(basalt fiber,BF)和聚酯纤维(polyes⁃ter fiber,PF)复掺,分析多种复掺纤维比例对冷拌环氧SMA-10沥青混合料高温性能、低温抗裂性、水稳定性、抗疲劳性能及抗老化性能的影响。通过数字图像处理和离散元仿真技术构建沥青混合料二维数值模型,提取离散元模型的骨架特征参数以确定纤维最佳掺配长度。复掺纤维掺量变化分别为0.3%PF、0.2%PF+0.1%BF、0.2%BF+0.1%PF、0.3%BF。结果表明:单掺0.3%玄武岩纤维的路用性能、抗疲劳性能、抗老化性能提升效果均优于单掺0.3%聚酯纤维。其中0.2%BF+0.1%PF的性能提升最佳,相较于单掺聚酯纤维和单掺玄武岩纤维,动稳定度分别由37058次·mm^(-1)和42000次·mm^(-1)增到45000次·mm^(-1),增长了21.4%和7.1%,抗弯拉强度由29.01 MPa和30.53 MPa上升为32.08 MPa,提高了10.6%和5.1%,650με应变条件疲劳寿命由163万次和183万次增至197万次,提高了20.9%和7.7%。在冷拌环氧SMA-10沥青混合料中复掺纤维可以提升其路用性能,玄武岩纤维和聚酯纤维复掺效果优于单掺。In order to study the effects of composite fiber on the performance of cold-mixed mixture of epoxy and SMA-10 asphalt,basalt fiber(BF)and polyester fiber(PF)codoping were carried out to analyze the effects of various composite fiber ratios on the high temperature performance,low temperature crack resistance,water stability,fatigue resistance,and aging resistance.A twodimensional numerical model of asphalt mixture was constructed by digital image processing and discrete element simulation technol⁃ogy.The skeleton characteristic parameters of discrete element model were extracted to determine the optimal fiber blending length.The fiber contents were 0.3%PF,0.2%PF+0.1%BF,0.2%BF+0.1%PF,and 0.3%BF.The results show that the road per⁃formance,anti-fatigue performance and anti-aging performance of 0.3%basalt fiber are better than that of 0.3%polyester fiber.Among them,0.2%BF+0.1%PF has the best performance improvement.Compared with single-doped polyester fiber and basalt fiber,the dynamic stability of 0.2%BF+0.1%PF increases from 37058 times·mm^(-1)and 42000 times·mm^(-1)to 45000 times·mm^(-1),an increase of 21.4%and 7.1%.The flexural tensile strength increases from 29.01 MPa and 30.53 MPa to 32.08 MPa,an increase of 10.6%and 5.1%.The fatigue life under 650μεstrain condition increases from 1.63 million times and 1.83 million times to 1.97 million times,indicating a increase by 20.9%and 7.7%,respectively.The codoping of mixed fiber in the cold mix epoxy SMA-10 asphalt mixture can improve its road performance,and the mixed effect of basalt fiber and polyester fiber is better than that of single fiber.
