摘 要:为探究改性水玻璃模数、质量分数、固化温度、固化时间及养护龄期等因素影响下模拟月壤抗压强度的变化规律,基于正交试验分析了上述因素对固化模拟月壤抗压强度的敏感度,并通过X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)扫描试验探讨了改性水玻璃对模拟月壤的固化机理。正交试验结果表明:合适的影响因素水平能提高模拟月壤的抗压强度,养护龄期为28 d、激发剂模数为1.8、质量分数为50%、固化温度为65℃、固化时间为9 h时,抗压强度达到极值。微观试验结果表明:在激发剂模数为1.8、质量分数为50%条件下,改性水玻璃能提高水化硅铝酸钙凝胶产量,充填试样内部孔隙,使结构更加紧密,故模拟月壤抗压强度得到提高。In order to investigate the changing law of the compressive strength of modified sodium silicate simulated lunar soil under the influences of modulus,mass fraction,curing temperature,curing time,and curing age,the sensitivity of the above factors to the compressive strength of the cured simulated lunar soil was analyzed based on the orthogonal test,and the curing mechanism of modi⁃fied sodium silicate on the simulated lunar soil was discussed through X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)scanning test.The curing mechanism of modified sodium silicate on simulated moon soil was investigated.The orthogonal test results show that the compressive strength of the simulated lunar soil can be improved by the appropriate level of influencing fac⁃tors.The compressive strength reaches the extreme value when the age of curing is 28 d,the modulus of the exciter is 1.8,the mass fraction is 50%,the curing temperature is 65℃,and the curing time is 9 h.The results of the microcosmic tests show that the com⁃pressive strength of the simulated lunar soil can be improved by the appropriate level of influencing factors.The microscopic tests show that,under the conditions of exciter modulus of 1.8 and mass fraction of 50%,the modified sodium silicate can promote pro⁃duction of more hydrated calcium silica-aluminate gels,which fills the internal pores of the specimens and makes the structure more compact,and the compressive strength of the simulated lunar loam is improved thereof.
