摘　　要：目的:为摸清现阶段医疗机构感染管理部门存在的工作短板,提高医院感染管理部门服务质量。方法:从临床医务人员对感染管理部门职能及工作认知度、满意度以及下一步工作提升改进方面三个维度拟定调查问卷,经专家审核定稿后利用网络调查问卷形式向二三级公立医疗机构内临床医务人员下发并指导调查问卷填写。结果:累计回收有效问卷7651份,调查率为18.01%。临床医务人员对感染管理部门中位认知平均分为9.00分(满分10分),中位满意平均分为9.07分(满分10分)。以医院级别及诊疗范围进行分类,三级综合医院临床医务人员对感染管理部门职能工作认知和满意度较低(P<0.05)。以医务人员职称进行分类,初级及未评聘职称临床医务人员认为自己较为了解和满意感染管理部门的职能及工作(P<0.05)。在提升和改进感控工作方面,选择“与临床沟通协作方面”占比最高(68.25%)。结论:临床医务人员总体较为熟悉和满意感染管理部门的职能以及工作,但还需加强与临床科室的沟通与协作,提高管理能力。Objective:To identify the shortcomings of the current infection management department in medical institutions and improve the service quality of the hospital infection management.Method:A survey questionnaire was developed based on the three dimensions of clinical medical staff’s awareness,satisfaction,and improvement of the infection management department.After being reviewed and finalized by experts,a network survey questionnaire was used to distribute and guide the filling out of the survey questionnaire to clinical medical staff in secondary and tertiary public medical institutions.Result:A total of 7,651 valid questionnaires were collected,with a survey rate of 18.01%.The median score of the infection management department among clinical hospital personnel is 9.00 out of 10,and the median satisfaction score is 9.07 out of 10.Classified by hospital level and scope of diagnosis and treatment,clinical medical staff in tertiary comprehensive hospitals had lower awareness and satisfaction with the functions and work of the infection management department(P<0.05).Classified medical personnel by their professional titles,clinical medical personnel with junior and unevaluated employment had a better understanding and satisfaction with the functions and work of the infection management department(P<0.05).In terms of enhancing and improving sensory control work,the proportion of choosing to communicate and collaborate with clinical practice was the highest(68.25%).Conclusion:Clinical medical staff were familiar with and satisfied with the functions and work of the infection management department,but it is necessary to comprehensively enhance job competence for hospital infection control professional.
