摘　　要：目的:针对我院骨科耗材管理存在监管困难等问题,建立基于供应链管理(SPD)模式的骨科耗材管理流程,实现骨科耗材精细化管理。方法:从信息维护、科室按需申请、验收使用、资质管理、监管溯源等方面,对我院骨科耗材管理现状及问题进行分析,基于SPD模式设计并实施骨科耗材精细化管理流程。结果:基于SPD的骨科耗材管理流程实现了精细化的管理,保障了医院骨科耗材使用的规范性和安全性,验收和审核资料分别节省原有时间的56.36%和31.23%,计费、贴码差错率较传统骨科耗材管理分别下降8%和8.67%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用数字化手段创新骨科耗材管理模式,可提升运营效率,强化耗材监管力度,规范医疗行为,保障医疗质量,促进医院高质量发展。Objective:Aiming at the problems of supervision difficulties in the management of orthopaedic consumables in our hospital,we established the management process of orthopaedic consumables based on the SPD model to achieve the whole process of fine management of orthopaedic consumables.Methods:We analyse the current situation and problems of orthopaedic consumables management in our hospital from the aspects of information maintenance,departmental application on demand,acceptance and use,qualification management,supervision and traceability,etc.We also design the refined management process of orthopaedic consumables based on the SPD management,and analyse and evaluate the effect of the implementation of the refined management.Results:The new process of orthopaedic consumables management based on SPD achieves refined management and safeguards the standardisation and safety of the use of orthopaedic consumables in hospitals.56.36%and 31.23%of the original time were saved for receipt and inspection and review of information,respectively and the billing and posting error rate is reduced by 8%and 8.67%respectively compared with the traditional management of orthopaedic consumables,and the comparison of the data is of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:By innovating the management mode and management mechanism of orthopedic consumables,using digital means to improve operational efficiency,strengthening the supervision of the use of consumables,standardizing medical behaviors,guaranteeing medical quality,and promoting the high-quality development of the hospital.
