摘  要:本研究旨在探讨社会支持对高职院校学生自尊和抑郁的影响,以及社会支持的干预措施对提高自尊和缓解抑郁的效果。本研究采用问卷法,对某高职院校的400名学生进行调查,使用社会支持评定量表、自尊量表和抑郁自评量表进行测量,并运用SPSS 22.0软件进行数据分析。结果表明:①高职院校学生的社会支持水平、自尊水平低于全国大学生的平均水平,抑郁水平高于全国大学生的平均水平;②高职院校学生的社会支持与自尊呈显著正相关,与抑郁呈显著负相关;③社会支持对自尊和抑郁的影响存在性别差异,女生受社会支持的影响更大;④社会支持对自尊的影响部分通过抑郁的中介作用实现;⑤开展社会支持的干预措施,可有效提高高职生的自尊水平,缓解其抑郁症状。This study aims to explore the impact of social support on self-esteem and depression among vocational college students,as well as the effects of social support interventions on improving self-esteem and alleviating depression.This study used a questionnaire method to survey 400 students from a certain vocational college.The Social Support Rating Scale,Self Esteem Scale,and Self Rating Depression Scale were used for measurement,and SPSS 22.0 software was used for data analysis.The results show that:①the social support level and self-esteem level of vocational college students are lower than the national average level of college students,and the depression level is higher than the national average level of college students;②The social support of vocational college students is significantly positively correlated with self-esteem,and significantly negatively correlated with depression;③There are gender differences in the impact of social support on self-esteem and depression,with girls being more affected by social support;④The impact of social support on self-esteem is partially mediated by depression;⑤Implementing social support interventions can effectively improve the self-esteem level of vocational college students and alleviate their depressive symptoms.
