摘 要:为了实现清洁高效的资源利用,提出了一种利用医疗废物和沼气的零碳排放制氢系统,该系统由等离子体汽化、固体氧化物燃料电池、蒸汽轮机循环和自热重整组成。混合系统被设计为一个能够生产氢气、热量和电力的多联产系统,以自身维持整个计划生产氢气所需的能源消耗。对制氢系统的热力学和技术经济性进行了研究,结果表明,以医疗废物和沼气为原料的制氢工艺的能量效率和效率分别达到63.20%和59.15%,高于其他工艺;此外,该系统可以在3.25 a内收回初始成本,预计净现值将在25 a内达到80752.48万元。To achieve clean and efficient in-situ utilization of resources,a novel hydrogen production system from medical wastes and biogas with zero carbon dioxide emission is proposed,which is composed of plasma gasification,solid oxide fuel cell,steam turbine cycle,and autothermal reforming.The hybrid system is designed as a poly generation system capable of producing hydrogen,heat,and electricity to self-sustain the energy consumption required to produce hydrogen for the entire plan.The thermodynamic and techno-economic of the hydrogen production system is investigated.Results show that the energy efficiency and exergy efficiency of the medical wastes/biogas hydrogen production process reach 63.20%and 59.15%,respectively,higher than those of other processes.In addition,the system can recover its initial cost in 3.31 years,and deliver a net present value of RMB 807.5248 million within 25 years.
