摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位贴敷联合肺康复在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者气道廓清中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年7月1日~2023年4月30日收治的120例COPD患者作为研究对象,随机分为干预组和常规组各60例,常规组给予肺康复排痰护理,干预组实施穴位贴敷联合肺康复。比较两组咳嗽排痰情况、慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(CAT)评分、六分钟步行距离试验及Borg评分、肺功能指标水平。结果:干预后,干预组排痰量、痰液黏稠度、痰液颜色改善情况优于常规组(P<0.01);干预后,干预组CAT总分、六分钟步行距离及Borg评分均优于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,干预组肺功能各项指标水平均优于常规组(P<0.01)。结论:穴位贴敷联合肺康复可促进COPD患者气道廓清,缓解临床症状,促进患者康复。Objective:To explore the application effect of acupoint application combined with pulmonary rehabilitation on airway clearance in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:120 COPD patients admitted from July 1,2022 to April 30,2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given pulmonary rehabilitation sputum nursing,while the intervention group was given acupoint application combined with pulmonary rehabilitation.The cough and sputum output,Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Assessment Test(CAT),6-minute walking distance test and Borg score,and lung function index levels were compared between two groups.Results:After intervention,the intervention group showed better improvement in sputum output,sputum viscosity,and sputum color compared to the control group(P<0.01).After intervention,the total CAT score,6-minute walking distance test,and Borg score of the intervention group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of various indicators of lung function in the intervention group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with pulmonary rehabilitation can promote airway clearance,alleviate clinical symptoms,and promote patient recovery in COPD patients.
