摘 要:我国物流业发展迅速,公路物流作为基础承载了大量社会物流量。宁波为港口城市,公路运输对港口物流的发展至关重要。文中通过构建经济基础、基础设施、物流数字化能力等5个二级指标,采用熵权TOPSIS法评价了宁波近几年的公路物流综合能力,发现其呈稳步上升趋势,展现出较好的经济韧性,基础设施成熟度较高。为助推宁波公路物流向更高层次、更高效的方向发展,进一步提升公路物流综合能力,文中提出加快数字化转型,加强产业链协同,培养人才队伍,推进绿色物流发展,优化基础设施运营建设等建议。With the rapid development of logistics industry in China,highway logistics plays a fundamental role in carrying a significant amount of social logistics.Ningbo is a port city,and highway transportation is crucial for the development of port logistics.This study constructs five secondary indicators including economic foundation,infrastructure,digital logistics capabilities,and others,and uses the entropy weight TOPSIS method to evaluate the comprehensive ability of highway logistics in Ningbo in recent years.The results show a steady upward trend,indicating good economic resilience and high maturity of infrastructure.In order to promote the development of highway logistics in Ningbo to a higher level and improve its comprehensive ability,this study proposes the following suggestions of accelerating digital transformation,strengthening industry chain coordination,cultivating talent pool,promoting green logistics development,and optimizing infrastructure operation and construction.
