摘 要:通过碘量法和BOD快速测定仪测定雅安职业技术学院医疗出水BOD浓度,探究这2种方法的差异。采取碘量法测定6份平行样品的溶解氧BOD依次为6.89、6.67、6.73、6.62、7.03、6.76 mg·L^(-1),平均值AV为6.78 mg·L^(-1),标准偏差为0.15,相对标准偏差为0.02,具有统计学意义。采取快速测定法测定6份平行样品的溶解氧BOD依次为6.55、6.45、6.72、6.66、6.54、6.78 mg·L^(-1),平均值AV为6.62 mg·L^(-1),标准偏差为0.12,相对标准偏差为0.02,具有统计学意义。结合国家《医疗机构水污染物排放标准》(GB18466—2005)的排放标准,分别采用国标GB7489—87制定的碘量法和快速检测仪对医疗排放水进行BOD检测,符合污水排放标准。从标准差数据来看,碘量法的标准差为0.151,快速测定法的标准差为0.124,2种方法相比较,快速测定法比碘量法更精确。与快速测定仪的测定步骤相比较,碘量法在测定过程中容易受到环境温度、气压、压力、实验操作误差等因素的影响,相对来说,数据波动比较大。BOD concentration in medical effluent of Ya'an Vocational and Technical College Affiliated Hospital was determined by iodometric method and BOD rapid detector,the difference between these two methods was analyzed.The dissolved oxygen BOD of 6 parallel samples measured by iodometric method was 6.89,6.67,6.73,6.62,7.03,6.76 mg·L^(-1),and the average value AV was 6.78 mg·L^(-1),the standard deviation was 0.15,and the relative standard deviation was 0.02,which was statistically significant.The dissolved oxygen BOD of 6 parallel samples measured by rapid determination method was 6.55,6.45,6.72,6.66,6.54,6.78 mg·L^(-1),and the average value AV was 6.62 mg·L^(-1),the standard deviation was 0.12,and the relative standard deviation was 0.02,which was statistically significant.Combined with Discharge standard of water pollutants for medical organization(GB18466—2005),the iodometric method formulated by the national standard GB7489—87 and the rapid detector were used to detect the BOD of the medical discharge water,meeting the sewage discharge standard.From the standard deviation data,the standard deviation of the iodometric method was 0.151,and the standard deviation of the rapid determination method was 0.124.The rapid method was more accurate than the iodometric method.Compared with the measuring steps of the rapid instrument,the iodometry was easily affected by the environmental temperature,air pressure,pressure,experimental operation error and so on.
