摘 要:为了实现“碳中和”,氢能作为化石燃料的可行替代品引起了人们的广泛关注,但当前氢电催化主要依赖于稀少且昂贵的贵金属基催化剂。因此开发高性能且具有成本效益的低含量或无贵金属电催化剂具有重要意义。采用水热法和高温热解法制备薄层剥离黑磷(EBP)纳米片为载体的钌基纳米催化剂材料(Ru@EBP)。采用SEM、TEM、AFM和XRD测试手段对材料的形貌及结构进行表征。通过电化学测量其氢氧化(HOR)及析氢反应(HER)性能。结果表明:Ru@EBP电催化剂具有优异的HOR/HER性能。当电压达到0.1 V vs.RHE时,商业化Pt/C电流密度为2.5 m A·cm^(-2),而Ru@EBP可达到3.2 m A·cm^(-2)。同时,在0.05 V vs.RHE恒电位下,计时电流测试12 h后,电流值几乎保持不变,表明Ru@EBP具有优异的稳定性。Hydrogen energy has attracted high attention as a viable alternative to fossil fuels to achieve carbon neutrality,while currently hydrogen electrocatalysis mainly relies on rare and expensive noble metal based catalysts.Therefore,it is significant to develop high performance and cost-effective less content or no noble metals electrocatalysts.Ruthenium-based nano-catalyst materials with straticulate exfoliation black phosphorus(EBP)nanosheets as support(Ru@EBP)were prepared by hydrothermal method and high temperature pyrolysis method.The morphology and structure of the materials were characterized by SEM,TEM,AFM,and XRD.The hydrogen oxidation reaction(HOR)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)properties were measured by electrochemistry.The results showed that Ru@EBP electrocatalyst had excellent HOR/HER properties.When the voltage at 0.1 V vs.RHE,the commercial Pt/C current density was 2.5 mA·cm^(-2),and Ru@EBP could reach 3.2 mA·cm^(-2).Meanwhile,the current value remained almost unchanged after 12 h of timing current test at 0.05V vs.RHE constant potential,showing that Ru@EBP had excellent stability.
