摘 要:探讨了腐蚀机理,尤其是内腐蚀和外腐蚀机理。此外,介绍了多种防腐蚀措施,其中缓蚀剂保护作为常见化学保护方法受到重点关注。Fluent软件作为计算流体力学工具在研究中扮演重要角色,它可模拟天然气在管道内的流动特性,并为腐蚀机理和预测模型提供输入参数。然而,管道腐蚀问题仍面临复杂工况腐蚀机理的深入研究,新型防腐蚀技术应用和腐蚀模型精度提升的挑战。为该领域的研究者提供了重要参考,推动管道腐蚀问题的深入解决,以期能够为天然气管道腐蚀问题的解决提供新的见解和创新解决方案。The corrosion mechanism was discussed,especially those of internal and external corrosion.In addition,various corrosion prevention measures were introduced,among which corrosion inhibitor protection was focused on as a common chemical protection method.Fluent software,as a computational fluid mechanics tool,plays an important role in the research.It can simulate the flow characteristics of natural gas in the pipeline,and provide input parameters for the corrosion mechanism and prediction model.However,the problem of pipeline corrosion still faces the challenges of in-depth study of the corrosion mechanism in complex working conditions,the application of new corrosion prevention technology and the improvement of corrosion model accuracy.In conclusion,this paper provides an important reference for researchers in this field to promote the in-depth solution of pipeline corrosion problem,in order to provide new insights and innovative solutions for the solution of natural gas pipeline corrosion problem,and contribute to the safe operation and theoretical development of natural gas pipeline.
