摘　　要：目的为痛泻要方治疗胃肠道疾病的临床应用提供参考。方法采用计算机检索中国知网和PubMed数据库中1992年1月至2023年12月痛泻要方治疗胃肠道疾病的相关文献,分析痛泻要方治疗胃肠道疾病的现代药理学、临床应用及作用机制。结果痛泻要方具有补脾柔肝、祛湿止泻功效,是治疗痛泻的首选方剂。临床广泛用于治疗溃疡性结肠炎、慢性结肠炎、肠易激综合征等胃肠道疾病,且疗效和安全性均较好。主要通过保护胃肠道黏膜、调节肠道菌群、抗炎、改善胃肠道动力、缓解焦虑和抑郁情绪等多种途径来改善痛泻症状。结论痛泻要方治疗溃疡性结肠炎等胃肠道疾病的疗效确切,安全性好,但其有效成分、作用机制还有待进一步研究。Objective To provide a reference for the clinical application of Tongxieyaofang Formula in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.Methods By searching the literature related to Tongxieyaofang Formula in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases from January 1992 to December 2023 in CNKI and PubMed databases,the modern pharmacological effects,clinical applications,and mechanisms of Tongxieyaofang Formula in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases were analyzed.Results Tongxieyaofang Formula has the effect of tonifying the spleen and softening the liver,dispelling dampness,and stopping diarrhea,it is the first choice formula for the treatment of painful diarrhea,and it is widely used in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases such as ulcerative colitis,chronic colitis,irritable bowel syndrome and other gastrointestinal diseases,with good efficacy and safety.It improves the symptoms of diarrhea by protecting the gastrointestinal mucosa,regulating gut microbiota,anti-inflammatory,improving gastrointestinal motility,alleviating anxiety and depression,and other means.Conclusion Tongxieyaofang Formula is effective and safe in the treatment of ulcerative colitis and other gastrointestinal diseases,but its active ingredients and mechanism need to be further researched.
