君承合剂治疗重症监护病房老年重症肺炎患者急性胃肠功能障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价君承合剂治疗重症监护病房(ICU)老年重症肺炎患者急性胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取符合标准的患者50例,采用随机分组,分为治疗组和对照组,对照组常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上分别加用君承合剂及莫沙比利,评价治疗前后2组患者胃肠功能障碍积分、临床肺部感染评分改善情况,以及临床疗效总体评定。结果:治疗组在临床总有效率、治疗前后胃肠功能障碍积分改善等方面优于对照组、具有统计学差异性(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前后临床肺部感染评分改善都有统计学差异(P<0.05),2组对照比较无差异性(P>0.05)。结论:君承合剂治疗ICU老年重症肺炎患者急性胃肠功能障碍临床疗效优于对照组,且具有良好的安全性。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Juncheng Mixture in the treatment of acute gastrointestinal dysfunction in elderly patients with severe pneumonia in ICU.Methods:50 patients who met the criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received Juncheng Mixture and Mosapride respectively on the basis of routine treatment.The results were evaluated before and after treatment.Improvement of gastrointestinal dysfunction scores,clinical pulmonary infection scores,and overall clinical efficacy evaluation of patients in the group.Results:The treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of total clinical effectiveness and improvement in gastrointestinal dysfunction scores before and after treatment,with statistical differences(P<0.05).There was a statistical difference in the improvement of clinical pulmonary infection scores between the two groups of patients before and after treatment(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Juncheng Mixture in treating acute gastrointestinal dysfunction in elderly patients with severe pneumonia in ICU is better than that of the control group,and it has good safety.
