当代拉美的社会运动及其特点

摘　　要：自20世纪90年代以来,拉美社会运动蓬勃发展。其主要表现形式包括工人运动、农民运动、印第安人运动、学生运动、妇女运动和形形色色的新社会运动等。当代拉美社会运动的主要特点是:以反对新自由主义和争取真正民主为主要诉求;一般不以夺取国家政权为目标;印第安人参与政治意识逐渐增强;拉美社会运动的联合趋势和国际化趋势日益明显;等等。拉美社会运动对拉美各国的政治进程产生重要影响,与此同时,拉美社会运动也面临新的问题和挑战。Since 1990s social movements,manifested mainly in labor movements,peasant movements,Indian movements,student movements,women’s movements and various new social movements,have flourished in Latin America.Contemporary Latin American social movements are featured by the opposition against neo-liberalism and the pursuit for genuine democracy,generally without intention to seize state power,rising awareness of Indigenous political participation and increasing unification and internationalization.Latin American social movements in have had important impact on the political process of Latin American countries.Meanwhile,they have to meet new problems and challenges.
