摘　　要：机车安全信息综合监测平台(TAX)采用开放式的系统架构,有利于机车车辆依托TAX数据开展新装备研发,但平台通信的可靠性有待提升。通过分析平台架构和工作原理,追溯TAX通信问题的根因,有针对性地提出优化改进措施:在硬件方面,优化外设通信接口数据收发控制、终端匹配电阻设计、网络拓扑结构;在软件方面,优化数据校验方式,增加数据加密、接入鉴权、通信容错设计,并对TAX外设接口进行规范符合性检验。通过仿真试验对该方案进行验证,仿真结果表明:该方案解决了TAX外设通信失序、持续占用总线、阻抗失配引起的通信误码、丢帧、通信中断等问题,可显著提升既有TAX平台通信的可靠性,对于监测列车安全运行、提高铁路运营管理能力具有重要意义。The open architecture of Locomotive Safety Information Integrated Monitoring Platform TAX is beneficial to the development of new equipment based on TAX data,but the reliability of the platform communication needs to be improved.By analyzing the platform architecture and working principle,and tracing the root causes of TAX communication problems,the optimization and improvement measures were put forward such as optimizing the design of data transceiving control,terminal matching resistance and network topology of peripheral communication interface in terms of hardware;optimizing the data checking mode,increasing the design of data encryption,access authentication and communication fault tolerance,and standardizing and checking the interface between the TAX peripheral equipment in terms of software.This scheme is verified through simulation tests.The simulation results show that the problems of TAX peripheral communication disorder,continuous occupation of bus,communication error code,frame loss and communication interruption caused by impedance mismatch are solved,which can significantly improve the reliability of the existing TAX platform communication,and is of great significance in monitoring the safe operation of trains and improving the railway operation and management capacity.
