摘  要:为探究咸水处理处理对芙蓉葵生长及其养分分配策略的影响。本研究以芙蓉葵幼苗为研究材料,设置CK(自来水)、T1(2g/L)、T2(4 g/L)、T3(6 g/L)、T4(8 g/L)和T5(10 g/L),6个不同矿化度处理,以盆栽试验方式研究不同矿化度咸水处理对芙蓉葵生长及生理指标的影响。研究结果表明,当咸水矿化度≤2g/L时,对芙蓉葵株高、单株生物量和植株含水数量无显著影响,显著提高了干鲜比;当浇灌咸水矿化度高于2g/L时,芙蓉葵株高、单株生物量、干鲜比和植株含水量等生长指标均呈持续降低趋势。随着处理咸水矿化度的升高,芙蓉葵叶片Pn、Gs、Ci、Tr均出现了不同程度的降低,Pn在4g/L左右时开始显著低于对照处理,Gs、Ci和Tr在2g/L时均显著低于对照处理,但WUE呈先升高后降低趋势,在6g/L时达到最大值11.05mmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)。矿化度高于2g/L的咸水处理显著降低了芙蓉葵地上部中N和K积累量,但对P的吸收影响差异不显著,高矿化度(>4g/L)咸水处理显著抑制了芙蓉葵地上部对碳的固定,经主成分分析综合评价得出,咸水处理中T1处理(2g/L)得分最高,说明该处理对芙蓉葵生理影响最小。综上所述,采用矿化度2g/L左右的微咸水灌溉,为芙蓉葵提供水分的同时不会抑制其生长发育,因此可用于芙蓉葵栽植。To investigate the effects of brackish water treatment treatments on the growth of Hibiscus moscheutos and its nutrient allocation strategy.In this study,Hibiscus moscheutos seedlings were used as research materials,and CK(tap water),T1(2 g/L),T2(4 g/L),T3(6 g/L),T4(8 g/L)and T5(10 g/L),six treatments with different mineralization levels were set up to study the effects of salty water treatments with different mineralization on the growth and physiological indexes of Hibiscus moscheutos in the form of potting experiment.The results showed that when the mineralization of brackish water was≤2 g/L,there was no significant effect on the plant height,single plant biomass and plant water content quantity of Hibiscus moscheutos,and the dry-fresh ratio was significantly increased;when watering brackish water with mineralization higher than 2 g/L,the growth indexes of Hibiscus moscheutos,such as plant height,single plant biomass,dry-fresh ratio and plant water content,all showed a continuous decreasing trend.With the increase of treatment brackish water mineralization,Pn,Gs,Ci and Tr of Hibiscus moscheutos leaves showed different degrees of reduction,Pn began to be significantly lower than the control treatment at about 4g/L,and Gs,Ci and Tr were all significantly lower than the control treatment at 2g/L.However,WUE showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing,and it reached a maximum value of 11.05 mmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1) at 6g/L.Brackish water treatments with mineralization higher than 2g/L significantly reduced N and K accumulation in the aboveground part of Hibiscus moscheutos,but the effect on P uptake was not significant,and high mineralization(>4g/L)brackish water treatments significantly inhibited carbon fixation in the aboveground part of Hibiscus moscheutos,and the highest score was obtained from T1(2g/L)among brackish water treatments after the comprehensive evaluation of the principal component analysis,which indicated that the treatment had the smallest physiological effect on Hibiscus moscheutos.In conclu
