摘　　要：随着全球化的加速发展,新闻传播领域的人才越来越需要具备良好的跨文化交流和调适能力,以应对不同文化背景下的工作挑战。基于霍夫斯泰德的文化维度理论,探讨了我国国际传播人才在跨文化环境中的调适策略。通过分析个人主义与集体主义、权力距离、不确定性规避、男性主义与女性主义、长期导向与短期导向等文化维度,揭示了国际传播人才在不同文化背景中工作时可能面临的挑战,并提出了有效的跨文化调适策略,旨在提高国际传播人才的跨文化工作效率和促进文化融合,同时为相关领域的教育培训提供参考,为培养具有跨文化敏感性和适应能力的新闻传播专业人才提供理论支持。With the accelerated development of globalization,talents in the field of news and communication increasingly require strong cross-cultural communication and adaptation abilities to tackle the challenges posed by diverse cultural backgrounds.Based on Hofstede’s cultural dimensions theory,this paper explores the adaptation strategies of Chinese international communication talents in cross-cultural environments.By analyzing cultural dimensions such as individualism vs.collectivism,power distance,uncertainty avoidance,masculinity vs.femininity,long-term orientation vs.short-term orientation,it reveals the challenges that international communication talents may face when working in different cultural contexts.Effective cross-cultural adaptation strategies are proposed to enhance the cross-cultural work efficiency of international communication talents and to promote cultural integration.Additionally,this paper provides references for education and training in relevant fields,aiming to support the theoretical foundation for cultivating news and communication professionals with cross-cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
