摘　　要：教育是国之大计、党之大计。推进高校巡视巡察工作高质量开展,是加强党对高校的全面领导,促进高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要保障。将系统性思维引入高校巡视巡察上下联动机制建构中,有利于从整体性治理视角对高校巡视巡察工作整体谋划、一体推进,建立健全高校巡视巡察长效机制。Education is a priority for the nation and for the Party.Promoting the high-quality development of university inspection and oversight work is an important guarantee for strengthening the Party’s comprehensive leadership over universities and promoting the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education and nurturing talents.Introducing systematic thinking into the construction of the mechanism for linking upward and downward coordination in university inspection and oversight is conducive to overall planning and integrated promotion of university inspection and oversight work from a holistic governance perspective,and to establish a sound long-term mechanism for university inspection and oversight.
