摘 要:为研究堆肥处理牡蛎壳的效果,探究不同氮源对糖渣堆肥处理牡蛎壳过程和堆肥产品腐熟度的影响,本研究以牡蛎壳粉和糖渣为原料,豆粕和尿素为不同氮源,设置CK(糖渣+豆粕)、DP(糖渣+豆粕+牡蛎壳)和NS(糖渣+尿素+牡蛎壳)3个处理组,开展了为期35 d的发酵试验。结果表明,添加牡蛎壳的处理在堆肥过程中,温度略低于CK组,但两处理的最高温度均高于60℃,pH在6.79~7.94之间,EC值<4 mS·cm^(-1),说明添加牡蛎壳不会对堆肥的理化性质产生负面影响。堆肥结束时,DP处理组的GI最高为104%;且与CK组相比,总腐殖酸含量增加了17.64%,氨气累计排放量降低了34.55%,有效态钙含量增加了37.39%,说明以豆粕为氮源进行堆肥处理牡蛎壳,有利于堆肥的腐熟,促进氮保留并增加有效态钙含量,提高堆肥产品的质量。本研究结果可为堆肥处理牡蛎壳工艺参数提供有利参考。In order to investigate the effect of composting treatment on oyster shells and explore the impact of various nitrogen sources on the composting process of corn starch cake and the degree of compost maturity in treating oyster shells,this study utilized oyster shell powder and corn starch cake as raw materials,soybean meal and urea as different nitrogen sources.Three treatment groups were established:CK(corn starch cake+soybean meal),DP(corn starch cake+soybean meal+oyster shell)and NS(corn starch cake+urea+oyster shell).A 35-day fermentation experiment was conducted in order to evaluate the effects.The results showed that the addition of oyster shell in the composting process resulted in slightly lower temperatures compared to the CK group,but the highest temperatures in both treatments were above 60℃.The pH values ranged from 6.79 to 7.94,and the electrical conductivity(EC)was less than 4 mS·cm^(-1),indicating that the addition of oyster shell did not have a negative impact on the physicochemical properties of composting.At the end of composting,the maximum GI in the DP treatment group was 104%;compared with the CK group,the total humic acid content increased by 17.64%,the cumulative ammonia emissions decreased by 34.55%,and the effective calcium content increased by 37.39%.In summary,the results showed that composting oyster shells with soybean meal as nitrogen source was beneficial to composting promotes nitrogen retention,increases the content of available calcium,and improves the quality of compost products.The results of this study can provide favorable reference for the process parameters of treating oyster shells through composting.
