摘 要:生物入侵是影响生态网络组成与结构的重要因素,本文建立了基于特征的食物网动态模型,考虑了群落集群稳定后网络中续存物种特征分布以及网络拓扑结构,对比非集群网络的结构属性,探究物种入侵引起的集群网络对于物种续存和拓扑结构的影响.结果显示,入侵导致的集群网络和非集群网络组成结构上不具有等效性,集群网络的续存物种的特征分布与度分布等呈现一定的分布规律,而非集群网络更具有随机性.Non-assembled network and assembled network are two commonly used networks in studies of community ecology.In this paper,we established a trait-based dynamic food web model,constructing two types of networks based on the same species pool.Then,we compared the frequency distribution of persistent species traits and dominant species traits in stable community of the both networks,and explored the influence of community assembly on species coexistence and network structure.The results showed that saturated networks formed by community assembly were different from stable network without community assembly,and the distribution of persistent species traits and degrees in assembled network is more regular than that in the non-assembled network.
