焦炉炭化室自动调压技术在捣固焦炉的应用实践

摘　　要：介绍了炭化室自动调压技术在6.25 m捣鼓焦炉的应用实践,炭化室自动调压系统通过与焦炉地面系统协调配合,实现炭化室设备在装煤、结焦、推焦等生产过程中根据生产计划自动连锁控制,实现了炭化室压力自动调节,减少了压力波动,提高了生产稳定性。在减少焦炉污染排放、延长焦炉寿命、改善炉顶环境的同时,提高了焦炉生产自动化控制水平,降低了生产安全风险。This paper introduces the application practice of automatic regulating technology in coking chamber of 6.25 m tamping coke oven,through coordination with coke oven ground system,carbonization chamber automatic regulating system realizes automatic control of the carbonization chamber equipment in coal,coking,push coke production process according to the production plan,thus implements the carbonization chamber pressure automatic adjustment as well as reducing the pressure fluctuation and improving the production stability.While reducing the pollution emission of coke oven,extending the life of coke oven and improving the roof environment,it also improves the control level of coke oven production automation and reduces the production safety risk.
