摘 要:气体传感器具有选择性、稳定性、高灵敏度和防潮性,在检测有毒有害气体方面有着许多的应用。以Ag@C核壳纳米球为模板,通过陈化及后续工艺成功制备了Ag-In_(2)O_(3)空心纳米球(Ag-In_(2)O_(3) HNSs),并采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、紫外-吸收光谱(UV)、拉曼光谱(Raman)、能谱面扫(EDX)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对样品的晶体结构、形貌及化学组成进行表征。研究了Ag-In_(2)O_(3) HNSs基气体传感器对三乙胺(TEA)蒸汽的气敏传感性能,结果显示与氧化铟空心纳米球(In_(2)O_(3) HNSs)相比,基于Ag-In_(2)O_(3) HNSs的传感器具有更高的灵敏度。在最佳温度(220℃)下,Ag-In_(2)O_(3) HNSs基气体传感器对200×10^(-6)的三乙胺气体的响应值高达276,是In_(2)O_(3) HNSs气体传感器对其响应值的20倍以上。最后总结了传感性能提高的因素。Gas sensor has the advantages of selectivity,stability,high sensitivity and moisture resistance,and also has many applications in the detection of toxic and harmful gases.Ag-In_2O_(3) hollow nanospheres(Ag-In_2O_(3) HNSs)are successfully prepared by aging and subsequent processes using Ag@C core-shell nanospheres as templates.The crystal structure,morphology and chemical composition of the samples are characterized adopting by field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),UV-absorption spectroscopy(UV),Raman spectroscopy(Raman),energy spectral surface scanning(EDX)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The gas sensing performance of the Ag-In_2O_(3) HNSs based gas sensor for triethylamine(TEA)steam is studied,the results show that compared with the hollow indium oxide nanospheres(In_2O_(3) HNSs),the Ag-In_2O_(3) HNSs based gas sensor has higher sensitivity.At the optimum temperature(220 ℃),the response value of Ag-In_2O_(3) HNSs based gas sensor to 200×10~(-6) TEA is was up to 276,which is more than 20 times of the response value of In_2O_(3) HNSs gas sensor.Finally,the factors that improve the sensor performance are summarized.
