摘 要:随着工程建设技术的发展,装配式施工已逐渐成为工程建设中的一种重要施工方法。桥梁建设的装配式施工也在实际工程建设中得到广泛应用。同时,还重点介绍了预制桥梁墩柱的吊装施工艺以及墩柱与承台的连接注浆技术,对施工中重点关注的钢筋连接套筒灌浆施工问题进行了分析,并对座浆层密实度控制、灌浆套筒灌浆密实度控制等难点问题提出了相应的解决对策。通过总结为今后类似的工程建设提供借鉴。With the development of engineering construction technologies,prefabricated construction has gradually become an important construction method in engineering construction.The prefabricated construction of bridge construction has also been widely applied in practical engineering construction.This paper focuses on the construc-tion technology of hoisting prefabricated bridge pier studs and the grouting technology of connecting the pier stud and the cushion cap,analyzes the concerns of reinforced connecting sleeve grouting during construction,and puts forward corresponding solutions to difficult problems such as the control of the compactness of the seat grouting layer and the grouting compactness of the grouting sleeve,which provides references for similar engineering con-struction in the future through summary.
