摘　　要：二氧化碳膨胀线热端升华装置是车间的关键设备,成品烟丝的工艺指标多数是靠热端升华装置来完成的。针对热端升华段火花报警频次高的问题,通过正交试验设计,找出热端升华段料头和料尾最优的工艺参数,同时利用机械制图,设计出新型保养用气枪,通过保养热端振动柜来降低热端火花报警频次,既满足了安全生产、降低消耗的企业要求,又加强了安全生产管理,提高了烟机设备有效作业率,改善了膨胀烟丝的工艺质量,降低了原辅材料的消耗。One important piece of equipment for the workshop is the carbon dioxide expansion line thermal sublimation device.The majority of the completed smoke wire's process indicators are fulfilled by the heat-end sublimation device.Determine the thermal sublimation section and the ideal material process parameter in response to the high-end sublimation section of the high spark alarm frequency problem using the orthogonal test design.In addition to meeting enterprise safety production requirements and lowering consumption,the end vibration cabinet also strengthens production safety management,increases the hood equipment's effective operating rate,enhances the quality of the expansion tobacco,and lowers the original.usage of supporting materials.
