摘  要:目的调查石家庄市家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗药性,为科学使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法采用微量点滴法进行抗药性测定。结果家蝇对甲基吡恶磷、氯菊酯、联苯菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯的LD_(50)分别为0.3835、0.3297、0.1786、0.0436μg/♀;家蝇对上述药剂的抗性倍数分别为31.69、38.34、3.78、14.06。结论需要持续开展家蝇抗药性监测,在环境治理的基础上选择低抗性的杀虫剂。Objective To investigate the resistance of Musca domestica to commonly used insecticides in Shijiazhuang City,and to provide the basis for scientific application of insecticides.Methods Topical application was employed for the insecticide resistance test.Results The LD_(50)s of azamethiphos,permethrin,bifenthrin and lambda-cyhalothrin were 0.3835,0.3297,0.1786 and 0.0436μg/♀respectively,showing 31.69,38.34,3.78 and 14.06 folds resistance developed by M.domestica adults to the four insecticides tested.Conclusion It is necessary to continuously monitor the resistance of M.domestica and select insecticides with low resistance based on environmental management.
