摘　　要：目的:汉化跨文化社区复原力量表(The Transcultural Community Resilience Scale,T-CRS),并在社区人群中对其进行信效度检验,为评估社区人群的复原力水平提供工具。方法:采用Brislin翻译模式对英文版T-CRS进行正译和回译,通过专家评议和预调查进行文化调适,确定中文版T-CRS的条目。采用随机抽样法于2022年10月—2023年1月对297名社区成员进行调查,分析量表信效度。结果:中文版T-CRS包括社区力量和支持、社区信任和信念、社区价值观3个维度,共29个条目。总量表Cronbach′sα系数为0.983,各维度Cronbach′sα系数为0.918~0.976。探索性因子分析结果提取出3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为68.503%。验证性因子分析模型拟合良好[χ^(2)/df=2.801,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)=0.078]。结论:跨文化社区复原力量表信度和效度良好,可作为我国社区复原力水平的测量工具。Objective:To translate the Transcultural Community Resilience Scale(T-CRS)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity in the community population,so as to provide a tool for assessing the resilience level of the community population.Methods:The Brislin translation model was used to translate the English version of T-CRS forward and back,and the items of the Chinese version of T-CRS were determined by cultural adjustment through expert evaluation and pre-survey.From October 2022 to January 2023,a total of 297 community members were surveyed by random sampling,and the reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed.Results:The Chinese version of T-CRS had a total of 29 items in three dimensions,including community strengths and support,community trust and faith,and community values.The Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the total scale was 0.983,and the Cronbach′sαcoefficient of each dimension ranges from 0.918 to 0.976.Three common factors were extracted from exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 68.503%.The confirmatory factor analysis model was well fitted(χ^(2)/df=2.801,RMSEA=0.078).Conclusions:The Transcultural Community Resilience Scale has good reliability and validity,which can be used as a tool to measure the level of community resilience in China.
