摘　　要：对国内外研发的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)病人症状评估工具进行综述,包括单维、多维、自我报告、特殊时段症状评估工具的选择、量表内容、信效度、应用现状及优缺点,旨在为临床医务人员选择最佳的COPD症状评估工具、动态监测其症状、制定精准症状管理策略提供参考依据。It reviewed the symptom-assessment tools developed at home and abroad for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),including single-dimensional,multi-dimensional,self-report,selection of symptom-assessment tools for specific time periods,scale content,reliability and validity,application status,advantages and disadvantages,and so on.The aim is to provide reference for clinical staff to select the best COPD symptom assessment tool,dynamically monitor the symptoms and develop accurate symptom management strategies.
