摘 要:针对同发东周窑煤矿C5#层二盘区8207工作面断层破碎带巷道开挖后构造应力大、煤岩破碎等情况,通过分析断层破碎带巷道破坏机理及过程,根据巷道断层带支护机理及破碎稳定性控制原则,提出了“主动支护+注浆支护”的新型组合支护技术,断层破碎带巷道变形明显减小,巷道掘进后未发生顶板下落严重失稳现象,顶板围岩相对位移小于35mm,巷道帮围岩相对位移小于40mm,巷道围岩得到有效控制。In view of the situations such as high structural stress,broken coal rock and so on after the roadway#excavation of the fractured zone of the 8207 working face in the second panel area of the C5 layer of Tongfa Dongzhouyao Coal Mine,through the analysis of the roadway failure mechanism and process of the fractured zone,a new type of combination support technology of"active support+grouting support"is proposed according to the roadway fractured zone support mechanism and fractured stability control principle,the deformation of the fault fractured zone roadway is significantly reduced.After the excavation of the roadway,there is no serious instability phenomenon of the roof falling happens.The relative displacement of the roof surrounding rock is less than 35 mm,and the relative displacement of the roadway side surrounding rock is less than 40 mm.The roadway surrounding rock is effectively controlled.
