摘 要:深部煤层受高地应力及采动应力的影响,巷道围岩破碎松散,支护问题较为突出,围岩变形速度快,持续变形时间较长。以古城煤矿3103轨道顺槽的支护方案为研究对象,通过数值计算对支护参数进行优化,采用巷道顶帮强支、强护,底板弱支、弱护,围岩钻孔卸压的“强+弱+卸”三位一体综合围岩控制技术,巷道围岩变形量有所减小,两帮支护效果较为明显,围岩变形量分别减少了37%和14%,优化支护方案符合煤矿的安全生产要求,保证了巷道在掘进过程中安全可靠性。The deep part coal seam is affected by high ground stress and mining induced stress,the roadway surrounding rock is broken and loose,and the problem of support is more prominent.The deformation speed of the surrounding rock is fast and the continuous deformation time is long.Taking the support scheme of the 3103 track crossheading in Gucheng Coal Mine as the research object,the support parameters are optimized through numerical calculation.The"strong+weak+unloading"three-in-one comprehensive surrounding rock control technology is adopted,which includes strong support and strong protect on the top side of the roadway,weak support and weak protect on the floor,and surrounding rock drilling pressure relief.The deformation amount of the roadway surrounding rock is reduced,and the support effect of the two sides is relatively obvious.The deformation amount of the surrounding rock is reduced by 37%and 14%,respectively,the optimized support scheme meets the safety production requirements of coal mines and ensures the safety and reliability of the roadway during the excavation period.
