摘 要:针对采煤工作面过断层群构造期间破岩多、顶板管理困难、运输机坡度控制差等问题,以官地煤矿22612综采工作面为例,采用理论分析、工程实践方法,在对采煤工作面过断层构造的分析基础上,提出了过不同性质断层群工艺,明确了运输机坡度沿推进度及切眼方向两个参数选择依据,同时提出了一种运输机坡度测量方法,可科学有效地实现对运输机坡度的测量与控制,明确了过断层构造期间破碎顶板管理措施。应用结果表明:破岩架数降低了35.3%;日割煤刀数提高1~1.5刀,每月增加产量2万t,同时采煤机截齿、三机配件消耗量也均下降了20%,整个过构造期间顶板管理安全有效。In view of the problems such as many broken rocks,difficult roof management,poor transport aircraft slope control and others during the coal mining working face passing through the fault group structures.Taking the 22612 fully mechanized mining face of Guandi Coal Mine as an example,theoretical analysis and engineering practice methods are adopted.Based on the analysis of the coal mining face passing through the fault structures,the technique of passing through different natures of fault groups is proposed,and the selection basis for the two parameters of the slope of the transport aircraft along the pushing progress and the cutting eye direction are clarified,at the same time,a slope measurement method for transport aircraft is proposed,which can scientifically and effectively measure and control the slope of transport aircraft,and clarify the management measures for the fractured roof during passing through the fault structures.The application results show that the frame number of broken rock decreases by 35.3%;the daily number of coal cutting blades increases by 1-1.5,and the monthly output increases by 20000 tons,whilst the consumption amount of coal mining machine cutting teeth and three machine accessories also decreases by 20%.The roof management during the entire period of passing through the structures is safe and effective.
