摘 要:针对U型通风方式导致工作面瓦斯蓄积和瓦斯体积分数峰值等问题,建立瓦斯对流场和扩散场的瓦斯运移分布数学模型;根据瓦斯运移分布数学模型,利用COmSOL仿真软件构建对流场和扩散场耦合物理场,通过数值模拟仿真研究纯风排和有抽采时的瓦斯分布时空规律;通过现场实测对上隅角、工作面和回风巷瓦斯体积分数数值模拟和现场实测进行对比分析,并验证抽采瓦斯治理效果。结果表明:有抽采条件下比纯风排条件下上隅角、工作面和回风巷瓦斯体积分数分别下降86%、69.6%和37.7%;上隅角和回风巷瓦斯体积分数平稳区延长60m,瓦斯蓄积减弱,治理取得良好效果。In view of the issues of gas accumulation and peak gas volume fraction in the working face caused by the U-shaped ventilation method and others,a mathematical model for gas migration distribution in the gas convection field and diffusion field is established;according to the mathematical model of gas migration distribution,the CO mSOL simulation software is used to construct a coupled physical field of convection field and diffusion field,through numerical simulation,the spatiotemporal law of gas distribution of pure air discharge and with extraction is simulated studied;compare and analyze the numerical simulation and on-site measurement of gas volume fraction in the upper corner,working face,and return air roadway through on-site measurement,and verify the effect of gas drainage and governance.The results show that under the condition of with extraction,the gas volume fraction in the upper corner,working face,and return air roadway decreased by 86%,69.6%,and 37.7%,respectively,compared to under the condition of pure air discharge;the stable area of gas volume fraction in the upper corner and return air roadway is extended by 60 meters,and the gas accumulation is weakened,achieving good results in governance.
