摘 要:阳城煤矿-650m南主要回风大巷穿层掘进,盾构机过软岩地带或地质构造带时,容易出现顶板破碎、漏空,两帮垮落,盾构机撑靴无法支撑、行走困难等问题,掘进装备的优势未能充分发挥,严重影响掘进效率,影响两井贯通工期。为解决现场制约因素,通过现场对处理方法研究、外出对标学习等手段,形成了减排距、强支护、撞楔法、支超前、垫木垛、优化劳动组织、加强后勤保障等综合措施,有效地解决了盾构机在软岩地质条件下掘进困难的问题,实现盾构机安全、高效地通过软岩破碎区域。工程实践结果证明,通过采取以上综合措施,能够有效解决盾构机在软岩破碎条件下的掘进问题,掘进进尺提升至3~5 m/d,顺利通过软岩破碎区。The main return air main roadway in the south of Yangcheng Coal Mine at a distance of-650 m is being excavated through layers.When the shield machine passes through soft rock zone or geological structural zone,it is easy to occur problems such as roof broken,leakage,collapse of the two sides,inability to support the shield machine's support boots,difficulty in walking and so on.The advantages of the excavation equipment are not being fully utilized,seriously affecting the excavation efficiency and the connected construction period of the two wells.In order to solve the on-site constraint factors,comprehensive measures such as row distance reduction,strong support,wedge collision method,advance support,cushion wood stack,optimized labor organization,strengthened logistics support and others are formed through means of on-site research on handling methods,going out to benchmark learning,etc,effectively solving the problem of difficult excavation of the shield machine under soft rock geological condition,and achieving safe and efficient passage of the shield machine through the soft rock broken area.The engineering practice results prove that by taking the above comprehensive measures,the excavation problem of the shield machine under soft rock broken condition can be effectively solved,and the excavation footage can be raised to 3-5 m/d,smoothly passing through the soft rock broken area.
