摘 要:针对煤矿应急救援过程中信息共享不畅和响应不及时的问题,采用人机交互和大数据分析等理论及方法,设计并实现了一套煤矿应急救援可视化指挥系统,系统集成了救护业务、应急指挥、应急演练、安全调度和系统管理等关键子系统,通过优化应急值守模块,确保救援信息的实时录入和通知;改善应急响应模块,实现对应急预案的快速启动与执行;加强现场救援指挥和资源管理模块,提升救援决策的科学性和现场指挥的有效性;引入车辆定位技术,提高救援车辆的调度效率,为煤矿安全生产保驾护航。Aiming at the problems of poor information sharing and untimely response during the process of coal mine emergency rescue,a set of visualization command system for coal mine emergency rescue is designed and implemented using theories and methods such as human-computer interaction and big data analysis,etc.The system integrates key subsystems such as rescue business,emergency command,emergency drill,safety scheduling,system management and so on.By optimizing the emergency duty module,real-time input and notification of rescue information are ensured;the emergency response module is improved to achieve rapid initiation and execution of emergency plans;the on-site rescue command and resource management module are strengthened,the scientific nature of rescue decision-making and the effectiveness of on-site command are enhanced;introducing vehicle positioning technology to improve the scheduling efficiency of rescue vehicles and safeguard coal mine safety production.
