基于新城市主义的滨水片区规划设计研究——以芜湖凤鸣湖片区为例

摘　　要：滨水片区是生态系统和城市发展的重要组成部分,承载着激发内生活力、彰显地域特征、提升功能品质的重要责任。引导城市逐步提升滨水空间品质,打造具有复合多元、开合有致、水城联动、生态文明的优质滨水片区,体现了对滨水片区规划设计的新要求和新使命。文章基于新城市主义理论,通过对滨水片区现状问题的深入分析,提出重塑地块多元功能、优化内外交通组织、营造现代公共生活、转化自然资源优势的设计策略。同时,以凤鸣湖片区为典型案例,提出相应的设计方案,并对闲置衰败滨水片区的更新实践进行了探索,以期为滨水片区的规划设计提供一定的借鉴。Waterfront area is an important part of ecosystem and urban development,carrying the important responsibility of stimulating endogenous vitality,demonstrating regional characteristics,and improving functional quality.Guide the city to gradually improve the quality of waterfront space,and create a high-quality waterfront area with complex diversity,harmonious opening and closing,water-city linkage,and ecological civilization,reflecting the new requirements and new missions for waterfront area planning and design.Based on the theory of new urbanism and the in-depth analysis of the current situation of the waterfront area,this paper puts forward the design strategy of reconstructing the multiple functions of the land,optimizing the internal and external traffic organization,creating modern public life and transforming the advantages of natural resources.At the same time,taking Fengming Lake area as a typical case,the corresponding scheme is made to explore the renewal practice of idle and decaying waterfront area,in order to provide some reference for the planning and design of waterfront area.
