老龄化背景下重庆市老旧社区公共空间微更新设计研究

摘　　要：随着我国社会老龄化程度的加深,以老龄人口为主的城市老旧社区公共空间暴露出诸多问题,为了今后老龄人口能够更好地进行社区养老,城市老旧社区公共空间正迫切需要进行改造与更新工作。文章摒弃了城市老旧社区公共空间改造“大拆大建”的更新模式,转而提倡采用微更新设计的策略。研究从老龄化背景出发,总结了重庆市老旧社区公共空间现存的一系列问题,因地制宜地为重庆市老旧社区公共空间微更新设计提出完善的基础设施、优化出行道路、提升人文属性三大设计策略,以期提升老龄人口的社区生活品质,为城市老旧社区公共空间的微更新设计提供具有实际意义的借鉴与参考。With the deepening of the aging of Chinese society,the public space of the urban old community based on the aging population has exposed many problems,in order to better support the community of the aging population in the future,the public space of the urban old community is urgently needed to carry out reform and renewal.The paper abandonsthe renewal mode of"big demolition and big construction"in the renovation of public space in old urban communities,and advocates the strategy of micro-renewal design instead.Starting from the background of aging,the study summarized a series of existing problems in the public space of the old communities in Chongqing,and proposed three design strategies for the microrenewal design of the public space of the old communities in Chongqing according to local conditions,including improving infrastructure,optimizing travel roads and enhancing humanistic attributes,in order to improve the quality of community life of the elderly population.It provides practical reference for the micro-renewal design of public space in old urban communities.
