章江流域生态环境现状分析与综合治理

摘　　要：为保护章江流域水质,对生态环境质量现状进行分析,指出流域水环境治理亟待加强、流域水生态与修复任重道远、流域水生态环境风险依然较高、生态环境治理能力建设亟待完善、生物多样性保护压力较大等问题。提出了完善水环境监测体系、提升水生态环境治理能力、推进采矿区污染控制及风险防控、实施章江流域生态修复工程和水环境综合治理等建议,对提高章江流域各县(区)环境管理水平具有指导意义。To protect the water quality of the Zhang River Basin,an analysis of the current status of ecological environmental quality was conducted.It was pointed out that there is an urgent need to strengthen the governance of water environment in the basin,and that the tasks of water ecosystem restoration are arduous.Moreover,the risks to the water ecological environment in the basin remain high,and there is a pressing need to improve the capacity building for ecological environmental governance.Additionally,there are significant pressures on biodiversity conservation.Recommendations were proposed,including the improvement of the water environment monitoring system,enhancement of water ecological environmental governance capacity,advancement of pollution control and risk prevention in mining areas,implementation of ecological restoration projects in the Zhang River Basin,and comprehensive governance of water environment.These suggestions are of instructive significance for enhancing the environmental management level of counties(districts)in the Zhang River Basin.
