摘 要:电解法制备NF_(3)的工艺可一步完成,有着过程简单且纯度高的优点。从阳极反应机理、阳极反应动力学和阳极极化三个方面综述了电解法制备NF_(3)的基础理论研究现状。针对当前阳极改性、电解液调控以及电解槽改造三个常见的优化方向进行了对比和总结。最后分析并探讨了今后的研究和发展方向。The process of preparing NF_(3)by electrolysis can be completed in one step,which has the advantages of simple process and high purity.In this paper,the basic theoretical research of NF_(3)preparation by electrolysis was reviewed from three aspects:anodic reaction mechanism,anodic reaction kinetics and anodic polarization.A comparison and summary were made on the three common optimization directions of anode modification,electrolyte control and electrolytic cell modification,at present.Finally,the future research and development directions were discussed.
