摘　　要：介绍了一种气体处理监控系统,以海为AH16S0R系列PLC作为控制核心,组态软件SCADA作为人机界面,目的是为气体处理系统提供一种安全可靠的RS485总线式监控系统。该系统包括真空泵、电动阀、流量计控制器、温度变送器、压力变送器,以及气体分析仪等,实时监测和控制整个气体处理系统。该系统在线运行稳定,控制系统安全稳定,人机界面清晰、交互性好、抗干扰能力强,满足工程运行需求。This paper introduces a gas treatment monitoring system,which takes AH16S0R PLC as the control core and SCADA as the man-machine interface.The purpose is to provide a safe and reliable monitoring system for the gas treatment system.The system includes vacuum pumps,electric valves,flowmeter controllers,temperature transmitters,pressure transmitters and gas analyzers,etc.,which can monitor and control the entire gas treatment system in real time.The system runs stably online,the control system is safe and stable,the man-machine interface is clear,the interaction is good,and the anti-interference ability is strong,which meets the requirements of engineering operation.
