摘　　要：目的:探讨维持性血液透析病人的社会疏离体验,为制定针对性的护理干预提供参考。方法:采用质性研究中现象学研究方法,按照目的抽样法选取16例维持性血液透析病人进行面对面、半结构式访谈并收集资料,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行分析。结果:共归纳出4个主题,分别为:维持性血液透析病人社会疏离的表现、维持性血液透析病人社会疏离是多因素作用的结果、维持性血液透析病人社会疏离的应对方式和维持性血液透析病人希望获得的支持。结论:维持性血液透析病人社会疏离具有特征性表现,由多种因素作用导致,其应对方式呈多样化,提示医护人员应动态评估病人的状态,精准识别社会疏离现象,积极提供多元化干预。Objective:To explore the experience of social alienation in maintenance hemodialysis patients,and to provide reference for the development of targeted nursing intervention.Methods:Using the phenomenological research method in qualitative research,16 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were selected according to the purposive sampling method,and face-to-face and semi-structured interviews were conducted to collect data.Colaizzi 7-step analysis was used to analyze the data.Results:A total of 4 themes were summarized,which were the performance of social alienation of maintenance hemodialysis patients,multiple factors forming the social alienation of maintenance hemodialysis patients,coping style of social alienation of maintenance hemodialysis patients,and the support that maintenance hemodialysis patients hope to obtain.Conclusion:Social alienation of maintenance hemodialysis patients has characteristic manifestations,which is caused by a variety of factors,and their coping styles are diverse.It is suggested that medical staff should dynamically evaluate the status of patients,accurately identify the phenomenon of social alienation,and actively provide diversified interventions.
