摘　　要：作为确保科研工作连续性的院管公共实验室,全方位的设备管理是实验室可持续利用的基本保障,探讨高效、科学、适合现状的设备管理方法至关重要。本研究分析实验室现状,通过摸索最佳管理方法,在实践中大胆改革,完善了设备管理制度,采取按人员与职责分层负责与软硬件管理结合,对实验室设备实行全生命周期管理,使公共实验室的设备运行机制有效支撑了科研人员的高质量产出。Institutionally managed public laboratories serve as the foundation for ensuring the continuity of research work,and comprehensive equipment management is essential for the sustainable utilization of these laboratories.It is imperative to explore efficient,scientific,and suitable equipment management methods for the current situation.This study analyzed the current state of institutionally managed public laboratories,engaged in exploration to identify optimal management methods,and implemented practical reforms to enhance the equipment management system.The adopted approach involved a hierarchical management mode based on personnel and their responsibilities,achieving scientific management through the integration of software and hardware,and ensuring the comprehensive management of the equipment's entire lifecycle.These equipment management mechanisms in public laboratories effectively supported the high-quality output of researchers.
