摘 要:2023年5月26日,在湖南省新宁县崀山镇(26°19'40″N,110°42'54″E;海拔441 m)进行两栖动物调查时,采集到4号琴蛙属(Nidirana)物种标本,经形态特征比较,与桂北琴蛙(Nidirana guibeiensis)相似;基于线粒体COI基因构建的琴蛙属部分物种系统发育树显示,此次采集的琴蛙标本与桂北琴蛙聚为一支,且具有较高的支持率(1.00/99);基于Kimura双参数模型估算本次采集的琴蛙标本与模式产地(广西兴安)标本间的遗传距离为0,远小于琴蛙属物种间的遗传距离(2.7%~14.4%)。综合形态学和系统发育比较,确定此次采集的琴蛙标本为无尾目(Anura)蛙科(Ranidae)琴蛙属的桂北琴蛙,系湖南省两栖动物分布新纪录种。During the amphibian survey in Langshan Town(26°19′40″N,110°42′54″E;altitude 441 m),Xinning County,Hunan Province,China on 26 May,2023,four Nidirana specimens were collected.We compared the specimens with the known congeners and found that the specimens from Hunan were similar to Nidirana guibeiensis.We further constructed the phylogenetic tree based on COI gene and calculated the genetic distances between species of the genus Nidirana used Kimura 2-parameter model.The phylogenetic tree showed that the specimens from Hunan were clustered with the N.guibeiensis with a high support(1.00/99).The genetic distance between the specimens from Hunan and N.guibeiensis from type locality was 0,which was much lower than that between Nidirana species range from 2.7%to 14.4%.Based on morphological and molecular comparisons,the specimens were identified as N.guibeiensis,which is a new record of Hunan Province,China.
