摘 要:环己基苯(CHB)是一种高价值精细化工中间体,可作液晶显示器的基础材料、柴油燃料的调和组分和锂电池的防过充保护剂。介绍了合成CHB的三条合成路线以及所用的催化体系,总结了金属-酸调控的常用策略,指出对关键中间体环己烯及碳正离子的生成与转化、金属周围酸密度调控及匹配阈值探究、均相催化剂的非均相化是原子尺度上精确构筑与调控催化剂活性位的重要应用,是实现金属-酸双功能催化剂高效一步法苯加氢合成CHB工业应用的关键基础与研究方向。通过对苯与环己烯(CHE)烷基化反应的阐述,总结了传统烷基化催化剂、离子液体催化剂及固体酸催化剂的优、缺点。阐述了近年来联苯选择性加氢催化剂的研究进展及反应工艺条件。Cyclohexylbenzene(CHB)is a high-value fine chemical intermediate,which can be used as the basic material of liquid crystal displays,the blending component of diesel fuel and the anti-overcharge protection agent of lithium batteries.The progress of three synthetic routes and catalytic systems for CHB synthesis was reviewed.The common strategies of metal-acid regulation were summarized,and the formation and transformation of key intermediates cyclohexene and carbocation were pointed out,the regulation of acid density around metals and the exploration of matching threshold,and the heterogeneous of homogeneous catalysts were important applications for the accurate construction and regulation of catalyst active sites on the atomic scale.It was the key foundation and research direction to realize the industrial application of high-efficiency one-step benzene hydrogenation synthesis of CHB with metal-acid bifunctional catalysts.The alkylation reaction between benzene and cyclohexene(CHE)was described,and the advantages and disadvantages of traditional alkylation catalysts,ionic liquid catalysts and solid acid catalysts were summarized as well.The progress of selective hydrogenation catalysts for biphenyls in recent years and the reaction process conditions were reviewed.
