摘　　要：设备监理服务中的监理工程师既要有良好的沟通协调能力,更需要丰富的相关专业知识。本文以钢管管端疑似裂纹缺陷处理为案例,阐述了设备监理工程师凭借扎实的专业知识素养,系统分析缺陷的形成原因,提出合理的处理意见和建议,赢得各方认可和肯定。既为业主单位解决了质量异议,消除了质量隐患,又为监理单位赢得信誉,突出了专业素养对提高设备监理服务质量的重要性。Project supervision engineers in project supervision technical services need to have good communication and coordination skills,as well as rich professional knowledge.In this article,the supervising engineer used solid professional knowledge to systematically analyze the causes of defects in a suspected crack defect treatment case at the end of a steel pipe,proposed reasonable treatment suggestions,successfully solved the problem,and eliminated hidden dangers.This not only solved the problem for the owner unit,but also won the reputation of the unit,highlighting the importance of professional knowledge to improve the quality of equipment supervision service.
