三位一体的高校健康教育模式构建

摘　　要：当代大学生所面临的社会压力在不断增大,容易出现心理上和生活上的压力,加上很多学生对互联网和新媒体存在一定的依赖性,大学生的身心素质健康水平在不断下降。所以加大面向大学生的健康教育力度,构建更加科学的健康教育模式变得更加重要。对此,将在分析当前高校健康教育工作中存在主要问题的基础上,提出三位一体的高校健康教育模式,建议树立更加科学的健康教育理念,建立健全健康教育课程体系及教学方法,加大健康行为教育和价值观教育的投入力度,健全和完善大学生健康教育评价与管理体系。The social pressure faced by contemporary college students is constantly increasing,and they are prone to psychological and life pressure.In addition,many students depend on the Internet and new media to a certain extent,and the physical and mental quality and health level of college students are constantly declining.Therefore,it is more important to strengthen the health education for college students and build a more scientific health education model.In this regard,on the basis of analyzing the main problems existing in the current health education work in colleges and universities,a three-in-one college health education model is proposed,and it is suggested to establish a more scientific health education concept,establish a sound health education curriculum system and teaching methods,increase the investment in health behavior education and value education,and improve the evaluation and management system of college students'health education.
