输电线路更换倒V悬垂绝缘子串轻量化作业方法研究

摘　　要：为快速、高效、安全地完成输电线路倒V悬垂绝缘子串的更换作业,针对更换过程中存在的一系列难题,提出了使用特制机动绞磨机搭配高强度迪尼玛绳及定点限位传递装置的组合装备替代传统工具装备的作业方法,实现了更换工具的轻量化和作业方法的简单化,有效规避了传统更换过程中拆卸、安装作业时存在的弊端,解决了输电线路倒V悬垂绝缘子串导线联板、重锤及绝缘子本体的安装、拆卸等一系列难题,简化了作业步骤,降低了作业人员劳动强度。该作业方法可分解组合,同时适用于其他串型的悬垂绝缘子串,是一种轻量化新型更换悬垂整串绝缘子的作业方法。In allusion to a series of difficulties in the replacement of inverted-V suspension insulator strings on transmission lines,it is proposed to use a combination of engineered motorized winches,high-strength Dinima ropes and fixed point limit transmission devices to replace traditional tool equipment in order to quickly,efficiently,and safely complete the replacement operations,which achieves lightweight replacement tools and simplified operation methods,effectively avoids the drawbacks of disassembly and installation operations in the traditional replacement processes,settles a series of difficulties in installing and disassembling conductor plates,counterweight and insulator body of inverted-V suspension insulator strings on transmission lines,simplifies the operation steps and mitigates the labor strength of operators.This operation method can be disassembled and reassembled,and is also available to other types of suspension insulator strings,which is an emerging lightweight operation method for replacing the entire suspension insulator strings.
