摘  要:【目的】为降低液氮洗冷箱的堵塞概率,改进液氮洗冷箱的可靠性和性能,提高其工作效率和稳定性,降低维护和清洁成本,确保其长期稳定运行,有必要对液氮洗冷箱堵塞原因进行分析并提出改进措施。【方法】分别从设备本身的问题、操作不当、外部环境影响等三个主要方面分析了液氮洗冷箱堵塞的原因,并从液氮管理、管道改造和优化、杂质控制及温度控制等四个角度提出了针对性的改进建议。【结果】在实际应用中,提出的改进建议切实降低了液氮洗冷箱堵塞问题的发生频次。【结论】深入分析液氮洗冷箱堵塞原因,并提出具体的改进建议,为相关行业的冷却设备设计和使用提供了有力支持。[Purposes]To reduce the probability of blockage in liquid nitrogen wash cold boxes,improve the reliability and performance of liquid nitrogen wash cold boxes,enhance their work efficiency and stability,reduce maintenance and cleaning costs,ensure their long-term stable operation,and provide technical support for the design and manufacture of more efficient and reliable liquid nitrogen wash cold boxes,it is necessary to propose a study on the causes of blockage in liquid nitrogen wash cold boxes and improvement suggestions.[Methods]The causes of blockage in the liquid nitrogen washing cold box were analyzed from three main aspects:equipment problems,improper operation,and external environmental impact.Targeted improvement suggestions were proposed from four perspectives:liquid nitrogen management,pipeline renovation and optimization,impurity control,and temperature control.[Findings]In practical applications,the proposed improvement suggestions effectively reduced the frequency of blockage problems in liquid nitrogen washing cold boxes.[Conclusions]The study can deeply analyze the causes of blockage in liquid nitrogen washing cold boxes and propose specific improvement suggestions,providing strong support for the design and use of cooling equipment in related industries.
